Quality Policy

Arabian Health Care Supply Company (AHCSC) aims to meet its customers quality and services expectations while meeting its principals’ targets in terms of sales and distribution and its shareholders’ expectations in terms of profits in an ethical manner.

AHCSC management is committed to implement and maintain a Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) that ensures that its Products, Services and Safety objectives are met and are improved through regular reviews. In particular, AHCSC aims to:

* Consistently meet or exceed its customer's expectations for product quality and performance.
* Timely delivery of products and services to meet our customer's requirements.
* Comply with all Regulatory requirements on Safety standards for Products, End Users and Patients.
* Continual improvement of our processes, and systems.
* Ensuring our personnel are properly trained so they are better able to serve our customers.

AHCSC Management undertakes to communicate this policy to all members of its organization and to ensure that AHCSC staffs are aware of the intent of the policy and their responsibilities in relation to its implementation.
